Emma Meerschaert
Emma Meerschaert (Belgium, 1997) aims to contribute to the performing arts through writing. She writes for PZAZZ, a digital platform for performing arts criticism, and for the annual festival December Dance. She provided artistic assistance to choreographer and dancer Femke Gyselinck for ‘Moving Ballads’, ‘Letters 2 Dance’ and the publication of a danced alphabet. She holds a MA in Theater Studies (University of Ghent, Belgium) and is currently participating in Art and Cultural Criticism, a programme of the Humanities Academy.
