There are two dance productions that made me realise that the KoresponDance festival is not only about presenting the newest developments in dance and choreography.
Kateřina Šilhová
Kateřina Šilhová is a performer and a theatre researcher based in the Netherlands. She writes on dance, performativity and the use of art in social issues such as LGBTQ+ activism. She works for multiple festivals in the Netherlands and is the co-founder of the room102 platform that curates multimedia projects and audiovisual screenings. She finished her BA in Arts, Culture and Media at the University of Groningen in 2021. She is currently studying a MA programme in performance studies with a specialisation in dramaturgy and neuroaesthetics.
