Taneční aktuality’s Special Edition 2021 is out! Its patron is primaballerina Daria Klimentova
The official launch party took place on 26 October at the premises of the Prague Creative Centre in the Scout Institute and it was attended by the Special Edition’s patron, the world renowned primaballerina and revered dance pedagogue Daria Klimentova. The party also kicked off the celebrations of Taneční aktuality’s 15th birthday.
Special Edition 2021 offers 162 pages of texts about dance education, written by renowned authors who have followed dance art for many years. The history and behind-the-scenes of dance education as well as dancers’ experience are explored by Lucie Dercsényiová, Petra Dotlačilová, Lucie Hayashi, Daniela Machová, Zuzana Smugalová, Kristina Soukupová, Lucie Štádlerová and Monika Štúrová.
The magazine will open with the traditional four articles looking at the past season from the perspective of experts in the genres of ballet, contemporary dance, non-verbal theatre and new circus, these are Roman Vašek, Roman Horák, Jana Návratová and Hana Strejčková.
